The Creator!

My name is Doreli Alivirma Lopez and this is just a little inside to who I am as a person.

I am a believer of Christ.

With any new project I would always pray to God and He has blessed me in more ways that I can even count. Jesus Christ would talk about peace and love. He wanted the people to see him for who he is first before telling people who he was. I’ve always tried my best to live my life in his footsteps. Always showing kindness and love and even care in anything that I do.

I love to help people when I can. In today’s world things can seem very dark so in times of darkness I want to spread a little bit of light and show people that not everything has to be in this dark era. I love seeing how happy people can get when they have someone in their corner believing in their dreams with them.

One of the first questions I usually get upon meeting someone new is the origin behind my name. My name come from both of my parents. My mother, Dorina, and my father, Eli. I love the family I grew up with. My parents always taught me to work hard and no matter what if there is a will then there is a way.

I didn’t really find my passion for film until my family move us to Texas from Florida. It was here where I took my first introduction to filmmaking. I fell in love instantly with the class. My favorite part about film is being able to create a world you imagined. From here I put all my efforts into making my dream into a reality.

About a year after I graduated high-school, I went to The Art Institute of San Antonio. Here they taught me almost everything I needed to know about creating a film and even just broadcasting in TV. I made a lot of connections and did a lot of projects. If I wasn’t working on my own I was trying to help out my fellow classmates as much as I could.

When we work together I believe we can accomplish anything. Just like how I have my family believing in me I want to believe in the people that I work with. Life really is too short to stand by the “what ifs” or “Let’s try tomorrow.”

Why wait when you can do now.

Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I’ll leave you with a piece of scripture that I hold dear to my hear.

Acts 20:35 NKJV

“I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
